Lorsan was lugging her cello on her back. walking down the path toward the old theater. It was dreary day and no one was around the school. Lorsan had been writing a plot for a play, but she got bored and decided to take her cello and play. She was about to play when some girl had walked in. So, Lorsan packed her stuff and went down to the theater. When she reached the doors, Lorsan tugged hard and the doors flew open. One of them hit the wall with a loud bag and flock of birds in a near by tree flew away in fear. "Stupped birds." Lorsan murmured as she slowly closed the doors behind her and walked down the middle row of theater seats toward the stage. Lorsan grabbed a chair off a stack in front of the stage and plunked it on the stage, pushing it back to the middle. She placed her cello down and took it out of it case. She slid the bow out and proceeded to the chair. Lorsan sat down and began to play. Sliding her bow across the strings like a knife through butter. She played the notes that she new well. Bach, Cello suit number one. Faster, she began to play the notes. Lorsan finished the song in 5 minuets. She took breath and began to play the song once more.

Connie wondered what she was going to do today. She was bored having no one to talk to or hang out with so she started roaming down the hallways aimlessly. She had been planning on practicing her lines but for some reason was not doing it even though she had her script in the back of her jean pocket, sticking out like a blocky cell that wasn't small enough to fit in your pockets. She noticed the path she was taking and was soon in front of the theater doors. She signed, guess fate won't let her not practice her lines. She pulled the door open and quietly slipped in as if she was a thief sneaking into it her own home, afraid that some one will notice her. She walked along the seats hearing the cello music playing. She hadn't realized that someone was here but she couldn't do anything about that now. 'The person probably already noticed her.' She thought continuing to walk along the aisles.

Lorsan kept playing. Half way the fifth time of playing the Bach suit she heard the door close. But Lorsan didn't want to stop in the middle of the song, it just wasn't right. So, she began to play louder. When she finished, Lorsan took a deep breath and with out looking up said, "What do you want?" She didn't know the girl, in fact she new no one in the school. Except she did catch this guy with a camera taking pictures of the school. She meant to talk to him, but then another girl approached him and Lorsan backed off. Lorsan heard footsteps as the girl came nearer. Lorsan kept her head down, she preferred not to make to many friends, just in case. She sensed something was wrong in her family of her uncle and her. But she had had no time to ask him for she was rushed off to MaseRade academy shortly after they had moved.

Connie looked up surprised somewhat that the girl spoked to her. She was probably more surprised in the was she spoke to her. Wasn't she allowed to come to the theater? It is a public place if especially if you are going to MaseRade. She looked up at the girl, disregarding her for a minute before she spoke. "I don't know. " She answered the girl's question first before continuing and saying "Am I not allowed to be in here?" She wondered if the girl will have the nerve to say no. Connie would probably just sit down on one of the sits and ignore her then, she didn't have enough patients for people who are like that.

"I didn't mean it like that." Lorsan said after the girl had asked her if she was allowed in the cinema or not. "I meant why are you here?" Lorsan continued to keep her head down. What if someone was after her uncle and her, then anyone could be bad. She could not a ford to show her face to anyone she didn't feel she could. Plus, she was abnormal. As far as she knew, no one else was a werewolf in MaseRade. Lorsan just didn't want to be know by to many people at school. A lot of teachers make her stay after class and say stuped stuff like 'You seem lonely.' or 'We should talk some time and we can make you some friends.' Lorsan would just stare at them till they dismissed her. Lorsan decided that she really didn't care what the girl was here for so she said "Whats your name?"

Connie smiled a little as the girl said that she had meant her question in a different way. 'Guess she interpreted the question wrong,' she thought to herself and sat in one of the front seats. She wondered what this new girl's name was. She looked a bit different from everyone else, she didn't know how exactly but she just felt like she knew she was different. She shrugged the feeling of as she looked up at the girl who was still talking. She was asking for her name. She swallowed before she answered with her usual reply, "Connie." First names and last names were not her thing. She continued talking though, "What is your name?" She smiled a bit more trying to seem friendly, which she was but she wanted to show it more, she thought the girl might have trust issues. 'Hmm, something that she might have as while,' She thought to herself as she waited for a reply.

Her name was Connie. 'Never heard of a name Connie.' Lorsan thought. But, then again, she had been living the middle of no where for her whole life. The girl had asked for her name. Lorsan wasn't sure if she should say her name. She eventual decided to tell only her first name, as Connie had done. "Lorsan. Where are you from? I've seen you around a lot." She had. Every where Lorsan looked Connie seemed to be. It made her feel uncomfortable. Was she stocking her? Or is that they happen to have similar schedules? It really didn't matter. Lorsan is an aggressive person and she dosn't change that, even for her friends. Lorsan was itching to play her cello again, but she wanted to hear Connie's answer. Then Lorsan would ask her to listen to a Bach piece she had been working on.

Connie watched as the girl began thinking. She wondered what all the thought was about for just giving your first name.. Eventually answered and Connie found out that her name was Lorsan. She nobbed in response to say that she heard and understood what had been said. The Lorsan girl then asked where she was from, and then a statement that she has seen her around alot. She shrugged. She hadn't seen her around before, maybe twice or so but she had probably been to wrapped up in something to notice the repeating person in her life. She opened her mouth and replied, " Atlanta, Georgia." (So original right?^_^) She wondered why Lorsan wanted to know that piece of information of her life. She shrugged it off in her mind and sat there contempt with how things were going.

"I'm from Ynk, Scotland." Lorsan thought she might as well say this considering Connie had said nothing else. Lorsan sat on the stage for a while longer till her neck started to heart so she raised her head. As she put it up she remembered why it had been down in the first place. 'Why do I have to be so forgetful?' Lorsan thought to herself. But it was to late, Connie had seen her face. She could see her deep blue eyes and her red hair mixed together in there confusing combination. Lorsan gave a sigh and gently put down her cello on the stage. She jumped off of the stage, landing in a squat. She walked over to where Connie was sitting and sat in the seat next to her. "Its really hot in here." Lorsan said. She took her scarf off and tossed it to the ground. She sat there for a moment in silence with Connie breathing deeply. It was probably just Lorsan's sharp hearing but it still bothered her. Lorsan decided to ask a very invalid question, but it mattered to her in some way. "So, what are you?"

OCC: My character doesn't know about the supernatural. The school enrolls them but other people don't necessarily know about them, unless of course they are one of them.
Connie looked up as Lorsan said where she was from. Scotland? She hadn't even guessed an accent on her voice. She wondered how many years she has been here to have lost it. She watched as the girl jumped off the stage, land gracefully on the ground and walked over to her, seating in the seat next to her's. She heard Lorsan's comment, and thought it was really strange. It wasn't really hot in here, she would admit that it was warm in here, but not hot, hot. She shrugged in reply, waiting for the conversation to pick up again. It did when Lorsan asked her what she was. She involuntarily snorted at the question. 'What was she? What kind of question is that?' She thought as she smiled the reply back, wondering why such a strange question was asked. "Uh, human." Didn't she look human, she hoped she looked human. But what else can she be, other than what she really was?

Connie snorted at the question and this angered Lorsan. It wasn't a stuped question, it was... Some what serious. "You think its a funny question?" Lorsan stared at Connie with a hateful stare. "Some people like to know what creatures they are going to be dealing with every day. and you make it sound as if everyone is human. Well, I hate to break it to ya, but not everyone is human in this world." Lorsan was fuming mad, and when this happens she rambles on, regaining her heavy Scottish accent. "Take me for example, I'm a werewolf. I have a whole bloodline of werewolf's in my family. Including my mom's dad, who's dead. So is my mom and dad. I have been living in the middle of no where my whole live with my uncle. And then out of the blue-" Lorsan threw her hands in the air for emphasis "He decided to move and he sent me off to MaseRade. " Lorsan smacked herself in the forehead. "Why, why?" She stood up and began to walk to the stage to pack her cello up. "I just have to spill out my personal life when I get mad. Why? I mean you don't even want to hear my stuped, sad life story, do you?" Lorsan turned and pointed to Connie. She walked back to her seat she had been sitting in, abandoning her cello. Lorsan sat down heavily and heaved a big sigh.

Connie stared at Lorsan as she broke out into a rampage. She wouldn't have snorted if this had been such a serious problem for her, she would have kept her face straight, but she couldn't even keep her mind from thinking that the girl was crazy for believing that 'creatures' exist and that she, herself was one. She knew she probably was looking at her as if she was crazy when she was walking to the stage and she hoped she could compose her face. She had already angered her, she didn't want to anger her more. She let her face turn to a frighten stone as the girl sat next to her again, babbling out her life's problems. 'She did seem to have alot of problems', she thought to herself as she watched her. 'I wonder why?' She closed her arms around her trying not to think that the girl wouldn't have the same problems as her and said quietly, "I'm sorry." She paused, the silence stretching except for their breathing and she continued, " It's just don't I look human? I mean I would think I look human and smell human too and wait, you're a werewolf?" She turned and looked at Lorsan suddenly afraid for her life and excited. She had always wrote and read stories about vampires and werewolves. She wondered if she had just entered a fairytale.

When Connie mentioned that she was pretty sure that she smelt human, Lorsan's strong seance to smell switched on. All of a sudden she couldn't stand sitting next to Connie. The smell of human flesh and blood filled Lorsan's nose. Many authors who wrote vampire and werewolf books only mentioned vampires getting the urge to taist human flesh, but it was werewolf's urge to. Lorsan staggered out of her chair and covered her nose with her hands. She slowly backed away and sat on the edge of the stage to the right of Connie. Lorsan sat in the shadows where Connie could not see her face. "Ya, I'm a werewolf and you sure do smell like human." Lorsan licked her lips. "And to my dismay..." 'Should I tell her this?' Lorsan thought to herself. 'What ever, to late now.' Connie seemed like a curious person and if Lorsan stopped short in a sentence, Connie will want to know the rest. "Tonight is full moon." Lorsan said in a whisper.

Connie looked at Lorsan. She was acting strange. She seemed to be trying to get away from her and she eventually did, getting up and walking to the stage. She sat there in the shadows were the light wouldn't hit, the part were the director would usually stand she noted. She looked at her, what was she holding her nose for. She talked though saying again that she was human and that tonight was a full moon. What was she trying to infer here. She didn't know but she just stared at her confused, still not believing that she was a werewolf. She had not ever meet a person that thought they were a creature other than what they were born and she didn't watch scary movies. She didn't like them and if Lorsan was trying to scare her or freak her out it wasn't really working.

Lorsan waited for a reaction, but Connie gave her none. Lorsan looked up and saw that Connie was looking at her in disbelieve. 'She doesn't believe me!' thought Lorsan. Fine, that was her loss. Lorsan sat there breathing deeply trying to shake off the anger. But it was impossible, Lorsan was pretty sure that smoke was coming out of her ears. Lorsan realized that it would be night by now and the full moon would be out. "Come with me." Lorsan said to Connie as she got off the stage. Lorsan walked to the front doors and marched out them. She walked right out in full few of the full moon. The clouds had cleared that had been present that afternoon. Lorsan began to feel the familiar pain in her legs and arms. She turned to face Connie and felt a prickle at the back of her neck. The pain in Lorsan's legs and arms got worse and felt her back curve. The next thing she new she saw on all fours and when she looked down she saw a big black paw. Lorsan was a werewolf.
